Restaurant Culinary ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned and well-rounded Restaurant Culinary Manager to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team. The ideal candidate will drive the culinary experience toward excellence, bringing exceptional cuisine directly to our guests.Key Responsibilities

• Culinary Standards and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high culinary standards, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen shift operations, ensuring compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, handling, and storage standards.
• Select and source high-quality ingredients to meet culinary standards.
• Leading Discipline Teams
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Maintaining Restaurant Goals
• Set and support achievement of kitchen goals, including performance goals and budget goals.
• Develop and implement plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish daily kitchen operations work.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
• Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs.This role will require leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the success of our culinary operations.
