Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Payroll
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of new clients to the Paycor product suite,
ensuring smooth conversions
Act as the primary contact for clients during the implementation
process and address any issues that arise
Provide training and consultative support to clients on best
practices and system utilization
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing position,
preferably in implementation or project management
Knowledge of human capital software preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing
tools
Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs
