Job Description:
A company is looking for a Microsoft Applications Trainer to
design and deliver training programs for Microsoft 365 and other
productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and tailor training programs for various
departments
Develop and deliver training on Microsoft Office Suite and other
applications
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing
support to employees
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in application training or related
fields
Experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred
Strong Microsoft O365 skills
Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate or Captivate
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and
Confluence
