A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to lead
customer experience and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and resolve critical technical issues for customers
Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned product
areas
Create knowledge base materials to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
quantitative discipline
Three years of experience in a related field
Experience with data fixes, REST APIs, and web applications
Familiarity with Spring, AngularJS, SQL, and Full-Stack
development
Experience with MongoDB
