A company is looking for a Global Service Center Associate to
provide product support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Advise end users on best practices for using applications
Identify and resolve client issues related to applications
Maintain accurate records of all correspondence related to the
role
Required Qualifications
1+ year relevant experience in a customer service role
Effective organizational and time management skills
Professional telephone manner
Competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
