Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Service Supervisor to oversee
the performance of Cloud Service Technicians and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and coach Cloud Service Technicians in handling customer
interactions and ticket management
Monitor team productivity, schedule adherence, and conduct
performance reviews
Manage escalated customer service issues and facilitate career
advancement for team members
Required Qualifications
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong leadership skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience in delegating tasks as needed
Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
