Job Description:
A company is looking for a Microbiome Product Expert (Tier 2) to
enhance their Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support across various customer service channels,
focusing on voice interactions and social media
Lead the resolution of complex customer issues and support Tier 1
representatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback
and influence product improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., biology,
chemistry, or nutrition)
3+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in
a Tier 2 or higher role
Experience with CRM and customer support software
Experience with ecommerce and review platforms
Passion for health and wellness, with a willingness to learn about
new products and science
