Job Description:

Assists with scheduling, supervision of Team Members, and day-to-day flow of the department. Oversees compelling Produce, coffee, and juice displays. Supports the Produce Team Leader to ensure smooth operation. Provides courteous service to customers and Team Members. Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
  
• Trains Team Members to maintain a high-performance team.
  
• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
  
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
  
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader.
  
• Set and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
  
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs.
  
• Selects, trains, and motivates Team Members.
  
• Provides timely performance evaluations.

    Experience:
    
    • 
      
    • 12+ months retail experience.
      
      
      Physical Requirements:
      
      • 
        
      • Lifts 50 pounds.
        
      • Stands/walks 6-8 hours.
        
      • Uses single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
        
      • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
        
      • Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
        
      • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
        
      • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
