Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Dean, Business to support operational needs and strategic direction for online Business programs.



Key Responsibilities

Drive learner success and quality within designated programs through data-informed decisions
Ensure effective curriculum delivery and maintain program relevancy while meeting accreditation standards
Lead collaborative efforts to support learner and faculty success, and conduct research to identify trends for programmatic success


Required Qualifications and Education

Earned terminal degree in Business Administration
At least 3 years of related experience in a similar administrative role
Experience in the administration of online degree programs
Knowledge of higher education environmental forces and foundations of learning science
Attendance at events such as graduation ceremonies in New Hampshire is required
