Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insights Analyst to build client
relationships and enhance customer experiences through data
insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with team members to develop actionable insights from
data
Prepare consulting-style presentation decks based on survey
data
Ensure quality assurance of all insight deliverables and assist
with client management tasks
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel +
PowerPoint)
Experience programming surveys in platforms like CMIX, Survey
Monkey, or Qualtrics
Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools is ideal
